Sherron Associates began with only two employees. Today, we manage properties which employ more than 150 employees with hundreds of years of combined experience.
C. Edward Springman is the CEO of Sherron Associates, Inc, and formed the company with the purpose of acquiring and managing real estate investments. Since its inception, he has structured over 180 real estate partnerships. Ed's primary focus is locating and structuring new projects, as well as raising equity.
Chris Koegel is the President of Sherron Associates, Inc.
Chris has worked in the Multi-Family and construction arena across the United States for the past 18 years.
He has worked for well-known providers such as Trammell Crow Residential, Riverstone, BRE Properties, Inc., and most recently spent the last six years at Madrona Ridge Residential; a Seattle based Investment and Property Management company.
Chris and team took this new company from 0 units to roughly 15,000 in 8 states with just over 450 team members.
Chris works closely with Investors, Developers and Owners and is recognized as a 'best-in-class' Property Management operator across the U.S.
Chris started his multifamily career as a Leasing Manager and has worked his way up through all levels of property management.
Chris has an extensive history with all levels of acquisition, disposition and lease-up communities.
He has a strong understanding of capital management and renovation related projects and has worked with the affordable housing community.
Chris knows that a successful company is built on a 'team-first' mentality and he always maintains a strong focus on culture, training and team member development; especially focusing on team growth, cultural excellence and strong financial performance.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Washington holding a degree in Business with a focus on Organization Leadership.
He is also an active member in the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association.
William Wagner is Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations & Accounting. He manages the accounting operations and partner communications for Sherron and its real estate portfolio.
Jan Eivin Hansen is Vice President of Finance & Acquisitions with the primary roles of analyzing and negotiating new acquisitions as well as structuring debt and equity financing.
Sabrina Petterson is Senior Director of Property Management and Marketing with responsibility for property management of the Washington region and the marketing strategy for all properties. She has over 20 years of experience managing diverse multifamily portfolios including new construction, stabilized and distressed properties. She holds a Washington state real estate license and Certified Property Management designation.
